Ascot Systems, Inc. is a family owned and operated business started in 1979. We work hard to protect your investment as well as ours. In 1981, we were really starting to grow so we added another employee and in 1984, needing more space to stock items and a better office setup, we moved Ascot from our basement to a building located at 3225 S. Harlem in Berwyn.
You can stop by our office and see us anytime during normal business hours. Some companies leave you with just a phone number and that is the only way you can reach them so long as they answer or return your calls.
We sell what you need – We know each job varies and for that reason we like to prepare most proposals at our office. This allows us to review your specific requirements, select the proper and prepare you job accordingly so you can decide what your best option is without any pressure.
We do not subcontract – You deal directly with us for both service and installations.
Installation & Equipment – It is a proves “fact”, that the actual installation is more important than the equipment being installed. You can purchase the best equipment but if it isn’t installed correctly, it won’t matter how good it is. Knowing this, we take the necessary steps to make the difference between average and “high quality” installation.
Cleaning & Maintenance – Being one of the most critical things you can do to protect your investment and assure longer life to the equipment, we notify you each year when the maintenance is due. This eliminates you having to wonder when your equipment was last inspected and cleaned.
